The Documents Window in SAM’s Agreementst Module serves as a centralised library, allowing users to efficiently upload, organise, and manage a wide range of file types related to their agreements. With appropriate profile permissions, users can access and share these documents across the organisation, ensuring that the most current and accurate information is always available.
To add a document, navigate to the Documents section within the Agreements module. Click on the Documents menu option to open the documents popup window.
After importing the document, you can enter a brief description to facilitate easy identification and reference.
Once saved, the document will be securely stored in SAM’s database and listed within the Documents Window for the associated Agreement.
By leveraging SAM’s Documents Window within the Agreementst Module, businesses can enhance efficiency, maintain compliance, and ensure that critical agreement-related documents are always at their fingertips.
