Expired Agreements

The Expired Agreements window in the SAM Service Agreements Module contains a list of all previously expired agreements. To review an old agreement, simply select it from the list and click to drill down into the agreement details.

If you wish to reactivate an expired agreement, update the dates and save the record. The agreement will retain all existing details from the expired version and will be included in the list of current agreements.

This window provides a quick and efficient way to reactivate expired agreements without the need to create a new one from scratch, streamlining the agreement management process.
