Reports

The Reports window offers a convenient way to access a variety of Agreements-specific reports. Whether you need insights on spend with Agreements, delivery issues, pricing, or other metrics, this information is easily accessible from the Agreements Reports window.   To view or print your Agreements reports, follow these steps: Accessing Reports:

  • Click on the Reports window to open the reports window.
  • From here, a dropdown menu will provide you with a selection of available Agreements-related reports.

Available Reports: The dropdown menu allows you to select from the following key Agreements reports:

  • Agreements Activity: Displays a detailed history of Agreements interactions, including transactions, communications, and other related activities.
  • Current Spend: Provides insights into the Agreements spending over a specified period, helping you track profitability and spending trends.
  • Issue Resolution Rate: Displays the rate at which Agreements issues have been resolved, offering a performance overview of Agreements service.

  Viewing or Printing Reports: To print a report from the Agreements Reports window:

  • Click on the Reports
  • Select the report you wish to view or print from the dropdown menu.
  • Highlight the report, then click View to display the report on-screen, or Print to print it directly.
  • If necessary, enter criteria such as date range or Agreements category to refine the report.
  • Click OK to generate or print the report.

  Repeat for Additional Reports: If you need to view or print multiple reports, simply repeat the process for each report you require.
