The Notes window in SAM allows you to log detailed records of all conversations and interactions with clients. Each note is automatically date-stamped and includes the details of the currently logged-in user. This feature is essential for maintaining a comprehensive historical record of customer communications, ensuring that all interactions are documented for future reference.
In addition to note-taking, you can also send emails directly from the Notes window. Simply switch to the email option by clicking the radio button. The system will automatically set your email address as the sender and the contact’s email as the recipient. A copy of the email, along with a date stamp, will be saved in the notes history, providing a seamless way to manage and track communication within the system.
This functionality ensures that your team has complete visibility of all client interactions, enhancing accountability and improving customer service.
