Whenever a new agreement is created and linked to the customer’s profile, it will automatically appear in this window, ensuring that all relevant agreements are easily accessible in one place.

To explore more detailed information about any of the agreements, simply click on the desired entry to drill down into its full description. This feature allows users to quickly access key details such as the Reference Number, Start Date, End Date, and Status of each agreement, facilitating efficient monitoring and management.

By centralising agreements in one view, this tool simplifies the process of tracking customer commitments, helping your team maintain a clear overview of active, expired, or pending agreements. This ensures that customer agreements are managed seamlessly, contributing to improved operational efficiency and enhanced customer service.
