Job Overview

The Jobs Overview screen provides a detailed, organised list of all open jobs and pending callout requests, serving as the primary hub for tracking and managing job activities. Each new job added to the system appears here, allowing for efficient monitoring and quick access. By clicking on any job entry, you can view advanced options and specific details for that issue within the Job Details screen, helping streamline workflows and ensure all jobs are up-to-date and accessible.

When a job request is received by help desk personnel, it can be quickly logged into the system by navigating to the “Jobs” menu and selecting the ‘Add Jobs’ icon at the top of the screen. 

This action opens the Job Details popup window, where all relevant information can be entered. Key details, such as the job description, priority level, and assigned service personnel (e.g., technician or engineer), can be recorded according to the urgency of the issue. 

This organised entry process ensures timely responses to client requests and efficient resource allocation for effective issue resolution.
