Always register new products that you buy from us so that you receive information about product upgrades as well as news about seminars, training opportunities, and user groups;

You will need to quote your Support Agreement number in all correspondence, so please have this to hand before calling us, and remember to include it in e-mails or letters. When reporting a fault or problem, please give as many details as possible to help us diagnose and rectify the issue in the shortest possible time;
